  Today I ordered Fuji Apple Chicken salad to go. Got all the way home and discovered they had put in the wrong dressing. Called the store and told them and I politely asked it they had recently changed the dressing in this particular salad and the girl told me no. I said then the salad I just ordered has the wrong dressing in it and she told me it does not. Once again I asked her if they had changed the dressing in this particular salad and she once again told me no. I said then my salad has the wrong dressing and she said raised her voice and said no it does not. I said if you have not changed the dressing then mine is wrong and she raised her voice even more and said it is not! hold on and you'll have to talk to my manager. I cannot say she was screaming, but that is exactly how it felt. Instead of holding for a manager I hung up and drove back over there. As soon as I walked in the person that had originally waited on me asked to help me again. I asked had I spoken to her on the phone and she said no, I then explained the problem and the phone call and asked who had answered the phone and she didn't know she just wanted to make my problem corrected. She took my bag and disappeared to the back and after a few minutes returned with my bag and the correct dressing for this particular salad. She apologized and offered me a free pastry. no manager, no apology for all my trouble and no apology from the rude jerk girl who answered the phone. I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER! What a way to ruin a Friday night and maybe even ruing my attitude of Panera Bread altogether. Rude, Rude, rude!
